What is your return/exchange policy?
Your happiness is our priority and our return policy is really quite simple.
Return Guidelines :
** Embroidered, screen printed, altered or washed merchandise may not be returned unless defective. Test your new shoes out on the carpet, because we cannot accept footwear returns if they show visible wear.
Upon receiving your product. If the item is in new condition, we will refund the purchase price upon receipt of goods or exchange it, whichever you prefer. The return authorized item must be received back by us within 15 days of receipt by customer for a full refund. We want your return process to be as simple as possible.
If an item was ordered as a set, it must be exchanged as a set.
Goods returned without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (You will need to contact Scrub Identity at scrubs@scrubidentity.com to be issued a RA Number) from Scrub identity will be refused and returned to sender, or incur a substantial fee for processing, so be sure to obtain an address from Scrub Identity prior to returning items.
We suggest that you return the item by using USPS or any other courier that is able to track AND INSURE its packages. We must be able to verify return receipt of the goods with a tracking number prior to issuing a credit.
Items that have been soiled or damaged may be refused or cause you to incur additional fees. We will not accept product that have been visibly damaged and or soiled.
Select manufacturers require the return item be picked up by them. In this case, the cost of freight back (usually approximately 10%) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds are issued using the method you paid us with, customer should allow 10 - 15 days for refund processing.
If you choose to refuse shipment of the item or ask us to cancel the order after it has left the manufacturer, you will incur a cancellation fee. It is always best to contact us rather than refusing a shipment. A refused item will incur significant costs for processing. Please allow 7-10 business days (upon receipt of goods by scrubidentity.com) to receive your refund.

If an item is being exchanged because of a manufacturing error, the exchange shipping will be waived. If an item is being exchanged because you were not happy with your original purchase, you will be responsible for additional shipping.
How Can I make a change on my order?
Most orders that are placed are able to ship within 72 hours, therefore, you'll need to contact us immediately if you need to make a change. Unfortunately we are not able to 'Guarantee' you can change your order, but we will do everything in our power to work towards your request!
If item(s) are not in stock at time of order, you will receive communication that we are 'awaiting shipment'
How Can I cancel my order?
Most orders that are placed are able to ship within 72 hours, therefore, you'll need to contact us immediately if you want to cancel and we'll do everything in our power to work towards your request.
How do I unsubscribe?
You may request to be removed from our emails by emailing us at unsubscribe@scrubidentity.com. Please include the email address in the subject line of the email that is unsubscribing from our mailer.
Where can I view size charts?
After you click on the item to view, the item description will have a sizing link. The sizing charts are given to us by the manufacturer so that will be the most accurate way to determine size.
How much does it cost to ship my order within the USA?
Shipping is determined by the cost of the order. The cost includes the shipping and the insurance on the package. Flat rate shipping of $7.99 for orders under $125.00. Free Shipping on orders over $125.00
Note : There is a $29.99 charge for deliveries to Canada (Unfortunately, there is Not a Shipping Discount).
How long until you ship my order?
Orders received by 2:00 pm EST Monday – Friday and all in-stock, non–embroidered items will ship out within 72 hours (You will get an Auto-Generated Email that References 'AWAITING SHIPMENT'.
Please allow 7 - 15 business days for ground delivery (You will receive an Auto Generated Email that References 'AWAITING FULFILLMENT'. We fully understand Shipping Times may not be 'ideal', yet if we Sell Out in the store and are at the mercy of the manufacturer to receive new inventory, sometimes there is a slight delay (We APOLOGIZE and Appreciate Your Patience as we work as Quickly and Efficiently as we can)!
International and Canadian orders may take 15 – 30 business days.
If an ordered item is out of stock, you will receive an email message with the expected ship date immediately. If you choose to get a refund for the item that is out of stock, please let us know.
Items ordered together are not always shipped together (backorders are shipped separately at no extra charge).
Can I add my business or hospital logo to my staff’s uniforms?

Do colors from different brands match?
Each brand uses different dye-lots for their scrubs, as well as having different interpretations of certain colors. If you order items from different brands in the same color, we cannot guarantee that they will match.
This is the same for if you order items within the same brand, but from different collections. Because there is usually a change in the composition of the fabric blend, the dye will attract differently to these items, resulting in a difference in colors between the different lines.
How should I wash my new scrubs?
Before washing, please try on your uniforms to ensure proper fit as we cannot accept garments after they have been washed.
Check the label on your garments for specific care instructions. Most items are a poly-blend and be washed in cold water with like colors and placed into the dryer on tumble dry low. Keep in mind that any item with a high content of cotton will shrink in warm water and high heat. These items should be washed in cold water and hung to dry.
Special Washing Tips : Do NOT add bleach | Do NOT Overload your washer | To help prevent fading, be sure to turn your scrubs inside out when washing.
