Embroidery is now available online for $9.99 per line / per piece.
We’ve made it even easier to order embroidery at ScrubIdentity.com! Just follow these simple steps:
Check the "Create your Identity with Embroidery" box located within each item page. Please note that embroidery is only available on solid tops and jackets (Left chest or Right chest). If your item has a pocket, embroidery will be ABOVE the pocket. If you do not see the Add Embroidery box, the item cannot be embroidered. Select items cannot be embroidered.
Fill in your desired embroidery information as listed.
Please be sure to type your embroidery information in exactly as you would like it to appear on your purchased item. All embroidery is non-returnable. Please note that we cannot make punctuation or spelling changes. There is an 18 character limit per line which includes punctuation and spaces. Choose a font style (If you are embroidering in all capital letters, we recommend that you select block font only). Choose a thread color by clicking on a thread color box and placement, left or right, for your embroidery options (All embroidery is Centered, unless specified otherwise).
Once added to your cart, you will be able to confirm, view, and edit your embroidery. Please be sure to click "update" to save any changes that are made.
When you have completed your embroidery options, please click one of the buttons at the bottom of the page to either proceed to another item or to add the item to your cart. You will be able to review and modify your embroidery options from the cart if you wish.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. Please allow up to 15 additional business days for embroidery time before receiving your customized order. Please be sure to add scrubs@scrubidentity.com to your address book in your e-mail program to ensure that e-mails don't go to your spam folder.
*Please note: Embroidery requests for profane or offensive words or phrases will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund any items that are embroidered unless the item is defective. Please verify all your instructions before submitting your order.
Logo application charges are based on the number of stitches to sew your logo onto a garment and the quantity of garments. Most logos are about 5000 - 7000 stitches. There is no minimum order for embroidery on garments.
TEAM {Custom} LOGO'S :
a. upload your design file. Please be sure it is saved as one of the following extensions : Vector art works Best : .DST .AI OR .EPS
b. a $55.00 set up fee will be charged to your inital order.
c. Approval and processing Time : Digitizing and processing a sample of your custom logo will take approximately 5 business days for an emailed sample and approximately 15 business days for a mailed sample.
d. A customer service representative will be contacting you within two business days to review your order. Logo's above 12,000 stitches may incur additional set up charges and/or logo fees. Please ensure your contact information is correct during checkout.
Please Note: There is a one-time $55.00 set-up fee for custom logos.
Please Note : You will be contacted by the embroidery department with the 'per piece' pricing, once they have verified the stitch count of your logo. You will not be charged for the embroidery until you have approved the fees. In addition to the per piece charge, there is a onetime fee of $95500 for custom logo set-up that will be charged for the digitizing and sew-out sample of your logo.

Please allow an additional 15 Additional Business Days for orders with embroidered items to ship. Embroidered items cannot be returned.
